Bettie was born on November 11, 1928 and passed away on Monday, January 29, 2018.

Bettie was a resident of San Angelo, Texas at the time of passing.

Bettie attended school in Santa Rita, San Angelo High School and San Angelo College.

A visitation will be held at Harper Funeral Home, Wednesday, January 31, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be at First United Methodist Church of San Angelo, Thursday, February 1, 2018, 11:00 AM with a visitation to follow at the church. Burial will be Thursday, 1:30 PM at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens.

Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, 37 E. Beauregard Ave.
